From approximately 9:15 to 9:40am US Eastern Time, we experienced degradation in the API gateway used to route traffic to our core application servers. This included a period of complete downtime as the gateway controllers were reconfigured and redeployed. We have taken action to increase the number of "always available" gateways to prevent this issue in the future.
